Turkish carrot stew

Ingredients: 1 kg sliced ​​carrot, half a kilo of onion meat, 1 tomato, 3 to 4 Omani lemons, 2 to 3 pieces of meat juice, a glass and a half of salt, pepper, turmeric, cinnamon, saffron in the required amount of liquid oil enough Preparation: Eat the carrots in a hollow shape (thin in the same size) and fry them until they are golden brown.
