Iranian Gilani stew



1 medium chicken

8 eggs

 Hot onion 3 tbsp

 Saffron, salt, pepper, turmeric and cinnamon as needed

 Lemon juice or orange juice as needed


 Gilani beetroot stew

How to prepare: Clean the chicken and after slicing, cook it with a little water, turmeric, pepper and salt.

Beat the eggs in a bowl with a fork until the whites and yolks are mixed together. Onion, saffron, cinnamon and a pinch of salt. Add the peppers to the eggs and mix well to mix. Now pour oil in the pan and when it is hot, pour the egg yolk into it and stir until it boils.

Add the onion omelette to the cooked chicken and pour a little orange juice and let the stew boil for a while and settle. This stew is almost thick and should not contain too much water.
