Iranian Azeri Pomegranate Soup

Ingredients (for 6 people): minced meat 300 g 550 kcal chopped vegetables 8 cups 200 kcal rice 1/5 cup 240 kcal cobs 0/5 cup 100 kcal onion 6 pieces 75 kcal 5 kcal 24 kcal 4 ounces 50 g canola 6 tablespoons 5 tbsp Black to the liking of 0 kcal Preparation: First, fry the onions in a pan with 3 tablespoons of canola oil and set aside. In another pot, fry the meat and chickpeas in the remaining oil and add half the onion. In the next step, add the vegetables and add 4 glasses of pomegranate juice and 4 glasses of ordinary water to this mixture. Then add salt, black pepper, pomegranate paste and the rest of the fried onions. Allow the contents of the soup to simmer for 3 hours. In this way, the soup will be ready to eat.
