Gilani kebab sour stew (Persian food)



1 chicken

Half a kilo of potatoes

3 eggplants

1 tablespoon tomato paste

1 cup of orange juice or lemon juice

Oil as needed

Cinnamon, turmeric, salt and pepper as needed

 How to prepare: Clean and wash the chicken. Pour the oil into a large saucepan and fry the chicken around it a little. Then pour 3 glasses of water over the chicken and add cinnamon, turmeric, salt and pepper and lemon juice. Put the chicken on medium heat to cook well.

Peel a squash, grate it and fry it in oil. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Fry them in good oil until golden. Then add them to the chicken.

After the stew is well cooked and set, take out the chicken and pour it right or in pieces into the stew bowl and decorate it with potatoes and eggplant all around.
