2 Tsp of Soy Sauce
1 Tsp of Sesame Oil
1 Bowl of Steam Rice (White or Brown)
First, fried your 2 eggs it's can be sunny side up or well done cooked eggs. Second, steam your rice use any type of rice it's you choice. Substitute quinoa, if you don't like to eat rice. Then add all the ingredients 2 Tsp of Soy Sauce and 1 Tsp of Sesame Oil. Finally, you mix everything in your bowl. Soy sauce can be salty so measure, if you guys like your taste not to salty. Sesame oil gives you nice aroma. Save your money. This is could either eat during, morning, lunch, or dinner. This is like cleaning out your refrigerator when you go out to get your new grocery store. You can find this any ingredient any store look at the Asian sections where you can find them. These day most store do carry Asian ingredients easy to find them or just ask the worker.
