Take the onion and the 2 remaining garlic, cut it, about the onion and finely chop the garlic. Put the cod fish in a pyrex bowl, the onion and garlic around the cod fish. Use the olive oil all over the bowl. Use the oven at 170 ° to cook for about 12 minutes.
Remove the potatoes, give a small punch to break them, put them around the cod fish and put back in the oven for more than 10 minutes.
Remove, prepare the salt and pepper and serve.
When I serve it, I use fresh olive oil and fresh garlic finely chopped in my dish.
