    • Chicken Mince300 Grams
    • White Pepper1/2 Teaspoon
    • Chili Flakes1/2 Teaspoon
    • Black Pepper1/2 Teaspoon
    • Chicken Powder1/2 Teaspoon
    • Oregano1/4 Teaspoon
    • SaltTo Taste
    • Lemon1
    • Bread CrumbsAs Required
    • Crushed Cheese PuffsAs Required
    • Eggs2
    • OilFor Frying


  • In a bowl, take chicken mince.
  • Add white pepper, chili flakes, black pepper, chicken powder, salt, and lemon juice.
  • Incorporate all ingredients properly.
  • Grease your palms with oil and make kebabs of around 80 grams each.
  • In a bowl, mix together crushed cheese puffs and bread crumbs.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk 2 eggs.
  • Firstly, dip the kebabs in the dry mixture, and then the eggs.
  • Coat with the dry mixture again.
  • Heat oil in a pan and deep fry on medium-low flame until golden brown.
